HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY LOVE
We had some good times today
It started by the pool where we lay
Under the sun turning a lovely shade of brown and gold
Then we saw the movie "Up", for which we are not too old.
Man that movie is funny and so sweet too!
"My name is Doug, and I love you"
Texas Roadhouse then called your name
And we, of course, ordered the same.
Those yummy ribs and rolls with cinnamon butter
Always make our mouths drip with water.
Dessert awaited us at our home
A place we soon will no longer own
Some delicious chocolate and coconut squares
Thanks to Michelle, they really were more than just fair
After your birthday phone calls from all your loved ones
And our activities for the day are all done
I'm suddenly not feeling very fine
Because if you turned 32 today, that means I'm almost 29!
